Every Novaeforge plan is a time-bound setup engagement, not an ongoing retainer. You pay for a defined scope of work, receive a fully built and documented system, and walk away owning everything we produce. There are no monthly platform fees, no licence costs, and no hidden charges. The tools we recommend and configure are standard tools your team likely already uses — Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Looker Studio. If you need ongoing support after delivery, we offer a separate performance analytics add-on that you can enquire about at the time of engagement.

Pricing questions we get asked most

Can I buy just one service instead of a full plan?

Yes. The Foundation plan roughly corresponds to the editorial strategy service on its own. If you need only pipeline design or only team onboarding as standalone engagements, get in touch and we'll scope and price those individually. Standalone engagements typically start at KSh 55,000.

Do you offer payment in instalments?

For the Factory and Scale plans, we split payment into two milestones: 50% at contract signing and 50% at final delivery. Foundation is billed in full at signing. All payments are in Kenyan Shillings via bank transfer or M-Pesa.

What if our scope is larger than the Scale plan?

Enterprise-scale organisations with five or more content teams, very high publishing volumes, or complex approval workflows should contact us for a custom scoping conversation. Custom engagements are priced after a two-hour discovery session.
